1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website (kaalcoffee.com) and your purchase of products from KAAL Coffee. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Products, Orders & Payment

  • All products listed for sale are subject to availability. KAAL Coffee reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion (for example in case of stock-out or incorrect pricing).

  • Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST), unless otherwise specified.

  • Payment methods available: Online payment via Razorpay (cards, UPI, wallets, etc.). Payment completion is required for order confirmation.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are fulfilled via our logistics partner (for example Shiprocket) based on the shipping option you select at checkout.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Estimated delivery timelines depend on your location: typically 3–7 working days for most pincodes within India. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, holidays, or other external factors.

  • Once the order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details (via email/SMS).

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchange

  • We accept returns / exchanges only in the following conditions:

    • If the product is damaged or defective on arrival

    • If you receive the wrong product (wrong SKU, missing parts)

  • To request a return/exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: [Hello@kaalcoffee.com] (replace with your actual support email) with order number and photos/videos of the issue.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact (where applicable).

  • For accepted returns: we will either send a replacement or refund the amount (after deducting any shipping or restocking charges) — depending on availability and customer preference.

  • Items such as used coffee beans, opened consumables, or perishable items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing/quality issue.

5. User Conduct & Site Use

When using the site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information (name, shipping address, contact, payment details)

  • Not misuse the site in any illegal or harmful manner

  • Not attempt unauthorized access, hacking, or disruption of the website or its services

  • Respect intellectual property — KAAL Coffee owns copyright/trademark of text, images, logo, design. You may not copy or reuse without permission.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on kaalcoffee.com — text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks — is the property of KAAL Coffee (or its licensors) and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised copying, modifying, distributing or using such content for commercial purposes is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  • To the extent permitted by law, KAAL Coffee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or products, or any delays/failures in delivery, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • Product images and descriptions are provided for illustration purposes. We strive for accuracy, but actual product colour, size or appearance may vary slightly.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data (name, address, email, payment info) will be collected, stored and used according to our Privacy Policy. We commit to protecting your privacy and not sharing your personal data with third parties except to fulfil your order (payment processors, shipping partners) or when legally required. KAAL Coffee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you agree to the updated terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi, India.
